Insurance and Rates
I accept and offer the following insurance plans and rates.
Rate
Cost per session (private pay): $180
Good Faith Estimate
Clients who are self-pay can request a "Good Faith Estimate"of expected charges. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill by going to www.cms.gov/nosurprises, without adversely affecting the quality of the health care services provided. ​

I am in network for traditional Medicare and participate with select Medicare Advantage plans. -
Anthem / Blue Cross / Blue Shield

Out-of-Network
If I am not in network with your plan, I may be able to submit claims on your behalf if you have out-of-network benefits. Coverage and reimbursement are determined by your insurance provider. -
For all insurance plans:
My billing department will verify benefits and confirm coverage prior to the start of therapy.
